Over thirty nine years ago we started this pizza place called Cozzola's on Linden Street in Old Town Fort Collins; that first location is now closed but you can still enjoy the best pies in our shop on Harmony and Lemay

Every day our team mixes unbleached flour, salt and yeast, letting each batch rest for two full days to build complex flavor and a light, crispy edge.

We only use the best ingredients, and it's why our braided-crust pizzas stand out. With dough made fresh every day, sauce, and low gluten options across our entire menu, our 39-plus years of experience as a pizza shop really show.

We also have Gluten Free crusts and Vegan Cheese so that dietary restrictions are never a customer issue.
